Trainee Appraiser

Jesse joined Walter Duke + Partners in 2019 as a Trainee Appraiser after graduating from Florida State University with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. Established in the early 1970s the Real Estate Program at Florida State is one the largest and most successful programs in the country. While at Florida State Jesse immersed himself in campus activities. He was the Student Affiliate for the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, a member of the Real Estate Society of Florida State and chaired the Housing Committee for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Jesse brings with him prior experience in professional valuation, having trained and worked with Timberlane Appraisal Associates, one of the oldest and most prestigious firms in Tallahassee, Florida. While at Timberlane, Jesse’s responsibilities included property research, site inspections, and valuation. Additionally, Jesse assisted in a project that included the valuation of properties for the Florida Department of Transportation for eminent domain purposes.

At Walter Duke + Partners, Jesse will undergo extensive training to produce high-quality reports and studies in major CRE assets in the Florida market. Specialty practice area valuation includes LIHTC and affordable housing. Walter Duke + Partners is a market leader in this asset class. Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota Jesse loved to snowboard and was also the Captain of his high school lacrosse team. He also spent his freshmen year of college abroad studying and traveling in Europe. Jesse currently resides in downtown Fort Lauderdale and enjoys traveling, kayaking, playing lacrosse and spending time at the beach.
