Challenge: Mast Capital needed to secure financing for a new commercial development in Miami.

Solution: Our in-depth appraisal and market analysis provided our lenderclient Ascendent Capital Partners with the data-backed confidence they needed to properly size the loan.

Outcome: Mast Capital was able to successfully secure a Miami-Dade County record $600 million in construction financing, enabling them to break ground on their project on time and within budget.

Challenge: Apollo Partners needed to secure financing for a new multi-family tower in Dania Beach.

Solution: Our in-depth appraisal and market analysis provided our lender client Israel Discount Bank with the data-backed confidence they needed to properly size the loan.

Challenge: Our client Sixth Street Specialty Lender was denied the opportunity to execute a contract to an industrial developer due to a ruling by a South Florida city board.

Solution:  Walter Duke produced an in-depth appraisal for client’s Bert J. Harris Jr. Private Property Rights Protection Act claim that supported damages of $81 million to Sixth Street and present those findings in a public forum to a special magistrate.

Outcome: The special magistrate overturned the site plan denial for 2.15 million square feet of industrial and the client was allowed to continue marketing the property.
