Kate joined the team at Walter Duke + Partners in 2016 as the Executive Administrative Assistant.
In addition to overseeing all aspects of internal quality control and production, Kate has also completed the course requirements for and became a Registered Trainee Appraiser license. Currently, she is actively working toward becoming a commercial real estate appraiser. In addition to commercial property appraisals, Kate plans to specialize in the valuation and evaluation marine related properties, as well as perform market studies and economic impact analyses.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, she enjoys being involved with her neighborhood civic association, as well as supporting local charitable organizations such as the Humane Society of Broward County.
After attending St. Thomas Aquinas High School, she graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in the Spanish language.
Outside of the office, she enjoys CrossFit, target shooting, boating, traveling and spending time with her rescue dog, Bear.
