The Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority (DDA) reported that the Panthers’ playoff runs have contributed at least $110 million to the local economy over the past two seasons. In partnership with Walter Duke + Partners, the DDA estimates that the recent series will generate an additional $20 million to $30 million from hotel and restaurant spending.

The Stanley Cup run for the Florida Panthers hockey team is nothing short of amazing. It was one of the most highly viewed Game 7 in NHL history.
